Rules and regulations

• Area of the site should be 2500 sft
• Area of the plot should be 1150 sft
• Must follow basic Vaasthu
• Must fulfill guidelines of Ap Go No 119 & NBC bylaws. 
• Entire plan should consist clear text and numerical informations. It should be self explanatory.
• Orientation is architect choice. Plan should drawn for double bed room flat. It may be B-Type or Duplex type
• It must contain two bed rooms,kitchen,puja room, one attached toilet, one common toilet, and stair case.
